About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Arshad Ali Peer. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to our children in a safe and healthy environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for the family.
  • Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties, providing a seamless experience for all.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Discipline children according to the parents' requested methods, maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, helping them grow into confident and capable individuals.
  • Keep accurate records of daily activities and health information regarding the children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all necessary safety protocols.
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, promoting their cognitive and social development.
  • Supervise and care for children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, offering a listening ear and a comforting presence.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in childcare.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Hours of work: 32.5 hours per week.
