Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stock Unloading Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Stock Unloading Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth receipt and processing of merchandise, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing Merchandise
    • Unload trailers and process merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
    • Sort and organize merchandise to ensure accurate and efficient stocking
  • Maintaining a Safe and Clean Work Environment
    • Ensure all work areas are clean and organized, adhering to company safety and sanitation standards
    • Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns to management
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service
    • Assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions to their needs
    • Ensure a positive and welcoming shopping experience for all customers
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment an asset
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
