This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and inspirational leader to take charge of their own store and create an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management. The successful candidate will have total accountability for leading a high-performing team and will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan that drives sales growth and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have a passion for coaching others to reach their full potential and will be able to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. They will also have previous experience with business planning, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling. Additionally, they will have experience with retail operations, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
The ideal candidate will be able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment. They will also have previous experience with retail point-of-sale software and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for an interview.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Create and execute a business plan to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous experience with business planning, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Previous experience with retail operations, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software and proficiency in Microsoft Office
