- Establish and implement an asset management framework, including the creation of processes, key performance indicators, and a structured management approach.
- Oversee the fleet maintenance budget, ensuring compliance and preparing budget forecasts while directing long-term planning for maintenance expenditures.
- Manage the facilities budget for all terminals and maintenance shops, ensuring adherence to financial projections and planning for maintenance projects.
