Position Overview

As a CNC Machining Specialist at Unique Custom Doors Inc., you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in every component produced.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Equivalent experience in a related field is acceptable
Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate dimensions and tolerances for machine components
  • Prepare work pieces by measuring and laying out materials
  • Set up and fine-tune production machinery and tools
  • Assemble and fit machine parts to exact specifications
  • Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring tools
  • Document deviations from specifications and maintain inspection records
  • Utilize precise measuring instruments to verify dimensions of machined parts
  • Operate both conventional and CNC machine tools
  • Ensure products meet accuracy and conformance standards
Equipment Proficiency

Experience with computer numerical control (CNC) machinery is essential for this role.
