About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Child Care Provider to join our team at YI WANG. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to infants and children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Care and Development: Provide a safe and nurturing environment for infants and children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Health and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and healthy environment, adhering to strict health and hygiene protocols, including sterilizing bottles and preparing formulas.
  • Education and Activities: Plan and implement engaging activities, such as games and outings, to stimulate children's learning and development.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, health information, and child development progress.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on children's progress and any concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn, with a focus on providing high-quality childcare.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking environment, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, working in the employer's/client's home.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
