We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Stagwood Construction Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Residential Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of residential projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, prepare production and other reports, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, recruit and hire workers, and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, and recommend personnel actions as necessary.
  • Communication: Read blueprints and drawings, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in residential construction.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
