Key Responsibilities- Provide welcoming and personalized service to customers to achieve sales targets
- Build collaborative working relationships with colleagues to ensure a high standard of visual merchandising
- Use exceptional people skills to educate, inspire, and delight customers
- Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Previous retail industry experience is desirable, preferably within beauty
