Senior Brand Manager for Oral Care

Job Summary:We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager for Oral Care to join our Africa/Eurasia Marketing Division team. This role is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse team at an international level, gathering insights and creating innovative commercial and expansion strategies for Oral Care categories.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage strategic initiatives and projects for the category, including new product development and global projects.
- Plan, implement, and track New Product Launches and Re-launches in collaboration with the international Marketing Team.
- Execute solid Brand strategies/plans and programs for the Family Toothpaste segment.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts with R&D, Regulatory, Legal, Supply Chain, and other key partners.
- Interact with external consultants, including advertising agencies, public relations firms, and market research consultants as needed.
- Engage frequently with marketing departments of local Hubs to ensure alignment and synergy.
- Minimum 6 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably with innovation focus.
- Experience implementing successful marketing plans, new products, and digital campaign development.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing complex projects and external suppliers.
- Open to international career opportunities and adaptable to different business contexts.
