Financial Consultant Role

Westoba Financial Solutions Ltd. is seeking a skilled Financial Consultant to join our team. As a Financial Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our members, growing our business, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your charisma and social skills to attract new business and grow existing relationships with members.
  • Build long-term, quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including team members and community partners.
  • Analyze financial information, assess credit worthiness, and make lending recommendations to support business growth.
  • Promote Westoba Financial Solutions Ltd. in the community through positive word-of-mouth, social media engagement, and volunteer efforts.
Requirements:
  • Formal post-secondary education in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Services.
  • Minimum two years sales experience in the financial or retail industries, with previous lending experience required.
  • A forward-thinking, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • A high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is not afraid to take on new challenges.

Salary range for this position is $41,868.54 - $51,219.62. Pay is based on skills and experience.
