Key Responsibilities- Bar Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness of the bar area and proper washing of glassware.
- Staff Management: Oversee the hiring and dismissal of bar staff, as well as supervise food and beverage servers.
- Training: Provide training and guidance to new staff members to uphold service standards.
- Financial Transactions: Accurately collect payments for beverages, including cash and credit/debit cards.
- Inventory Control: Order and manage bar stock, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Beverage Preparation: Skillfully prepare a variety of drinks, including mixed beverages, wine, and both draft and bottled beer.
