Job Summary:

LVI Associates is seeking a seasoned construction management professional to lead our technical services team. As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and exceptional leadership for all aspects of our construction management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-profile projects, including construction law and litigation support, construction disputes and claims, CPM schedules, and expert witness testimony.
  • Expand and grow our client's various practices, including damage and delay analysis, loss of productivity, and project and financial advisory services.
  • Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and analyze results to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide professional services to clients in the construction industry.
  • Participate in strategic growth initiatives and contribute to the development of business plans and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Professional Engineer license is desirable).
  • 8+ years of experience in private and public sector projects, with a strong background in construction management.
  • Expert witness testimony experience is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to self-direct and self-regulate.
