Job Title: Warehouse Shipping Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Clerk to join our team at Thai United Food Trading Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Shipping Clerk will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of shipments, including determining the method of shipment, scheduling distribution, and preparing shipping documents. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the method of shipment and schedule distribution of goods
  • Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents
  • Assemble containers and crates, and inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents
  • Maintain internal record-keeping systems and record shortages and reject damaged goods
  • Route goods to appropriate storage areas, pack goods to be shipped, and unpack goods received
  • Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments, and oversee loading and unloading of goods
  • Pay and receive payments for goods
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or shipping environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Shipping Clerk will work in a warehouse environment with a fast-paced and physically demanding workload. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and have strong communication and organizational skills.
