About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Pizza Studio. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and supporting our culinary team in preparing and serving delicious meals to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Sharpen kitchen knives.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
  • Perform other kitchen-related tasks as assigned by the culinary team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
