Mill Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a skilled Mill Maintenance Planner to join our team at Greenstone Mine. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities for our fixed plant equipment.

• Develop and implement long-range maintenance plans for fixed plant equipment
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
• Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage and maintain equipment reliability and performance metrics
• Participate in weekly scheduling meetings to ensure alignment with operations teams

• Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance planning and coordination
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SAP or similar maintenance management systems
