About the Role

Spark Power Corp is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Vaughan. As a trusted partner in energy, we deliver high-quality electrical solutions to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various industrial, commercial, and institutional settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components in various settings
  • Install conduit and wire, terminate conductors
  • Troubleshoot circuitry and replace damaged components on industrial equipment and systems
  • Install fixtures and devices for industrial applications and systems
  • Order required parts and control all job materials using our computer system
  • Complete work orders as per client specifications and input; review the completed job with the customer to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean work area and demonstrate commitment to safety in the workplace
  • Prepare for upcoming work and interact with various individuals at different levels within the company

Requirements

  • Valid 309A Electrician License
  • 5 years of relevant electrical experience, preferably in an industrial and/or commercial setting
  • Valid class driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Superior problem-solving skill
  • High regard for health and safety
  • Desire for continuous improvement
  • Basic computer skills
