Job Title: Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team at Ultimate Traffic Solutions Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, providing clear and concise information to support informed decision-making.
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, utilizing effective communication skills to build strong relationships.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Experience:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.
  • Permanent employment, working 35 hours per week, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
