Driver Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Driver Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training and mentoring new drivers, ensuring they develop the skills and knowledge necessary to operate safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive training to new drivers on all aspects of fuel transportation, including loading, unloading, and safe driving practices.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs that meet industry standards and company requirements.
  • Assess driver performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and driver progress.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior driver in the fuel transportation industry.
  • Proven track record of successful driver training and mentorship.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
  • Class 1 Driver's License required.
  • CTSP-AMTA certification is an asset.
