Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at CRP Education Limited DBA CEFA Fleetwood. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the overall well-being of children
  • Lead activities that foster learning and development, including storytelling, singing, and outings
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and supporting the daily operations of the child care centre
  • Guide children in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and using the bathroom
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children, including maintaining immunization records and conducting criminal record checks
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, and crouching
  • 37.5 hours per week, with a permanent work term
  • English language proficiency
