Information Systems Business Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Business Solutions Specialist to join our team at Enterprise Analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Confer with clients to identify requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions using a range of technologies, including Jira, Machine Learning, and Enterprise Applications Integration.
- Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to clients.
- Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
- Resolve conflict situations and operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as IT consulting or software development.
- Strong knowledge of Jira, Machine Learning, and Enterprise Applications Integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment with a permanent work term and 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
