NTT DATA Services is seeking a skilled Functional QA Tester to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. This is an on-site position in Halifax, NS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, document, and maintain automated test assets
  • Adhere to software engineering best practices and standards
  • Contribute to Continuous Integration and Continuous Improvement
  • Apply Test Driven Design (TDD) concepts to test and debug automated solutions and custom tools
  • Support Functional Testing of Health & Welfare administration platform
  • Understand test requirements and design effective test scripts for the given product
  • Attend Requirement & design walkthrough calls with BAs/Developers
  • Execute test cases as part of functional and regression testing
  • Report/track defects through Quality Center/JIRA and maintain defect report

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years experience in Functional and Manual Testing involving Test plan creation and execution
  • 5+ Years Experience with Developer-Tools and Automation-ITSM UI Development
  • 5+ Years Experience with ITSM Tool-JavaScript
  • 1-3+ Years Experience with Java/JEE
  • 1-3+ Years Experience with Core Java
  • 1-3+ Years Experience Automation Testing-HP UFT/QTP or Selenium Tools
