We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Generalist Human Resources Technician to join our dynamic team at iA Financial Group.

As a Generalist Human Resources Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees, retirees, and partners in administrative procedures related to life events. You will analyze, validate, and respond to various employee or manager requests related to the human resources department, primarily for US and partially for Canadian employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to employees, retirees, and partners in administrative procedures related to life events.
  • Perform work in compliance with regulations and policy.
  • Simplify explanations about the company's payroll, compensation, and benefits.
  • Manage dissatisfaction, actively seeking solutions while respecting and referring to work policies.
  • Support different teams and HR policies.
  • Be willing to question oneself to influence the quality of one's work and contribution to the team.
  • Show curiosity to use artificial intelligence to bring operational efficiency gains.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' work experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on excellent customer service.
  • Attention to quality and initiative.
  • Knowledge of the Workday software (an asset).
  • High level of French both spoken and written.
  • Experience with both Canadian and US companies (an asset).
