Job Title: Personal Support Worker - Kitchener Waterloo Rural

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and caring Personal Support Worker to join our team in Kitchener Waterloo Rural. As a PSW, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing outstanding care and support in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license (G2 or G) and reliable vehicle
  • PSW diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
