About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investor Relations Manager to join our team at Canadian House Partners. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive investor relations strategies aligned with our corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement investor relations strategies to enhance our company's visibility and credibility among investors, analysts, and shareholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and shareholders, providing timely and accurate information about our company's performance and prospects.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials for earnings calls, investor conferences, and roadshows, highlighting our company's strengths and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop key messaging and ensure consistent communication of our company's strategy and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments that may impact investor perceptions, providing actionable insights to inform our investor relations strategies.
  • Manage the content and updates for the investor relations section of our company website, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Organize and coordinate investor meetings, site visits, and other events, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our investors.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on investor sentiment, market perceptions, and competitive intelligence, informing our business decisions and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant securities laws and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with sell-side analysts, providing them with necessary information and insights to inform their research and recommendations.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, annual reports, and other financial communications, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage crisis communications related to financial matters, providing timely and effective responses to investor inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in investor relations, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, securities regulations, and corporate finance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, concise messaging for various audiences.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address investor relations challenges.
  • Experience with investor relations software and tools, with the ability to leverage technology to enhance our investor relations efforts.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and senior management.

Mandatory Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet).
  • Understanding of SEC filing requirements.
  • Experience with investor relations platforms (e.g., Q4, Nasdaq IR Insight).
