Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers on our products and services.
  • Create a friendly and approachable shopping atmosphere by greeting customers and engaging with them in a positive and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point of sale equipment.
  • Ensure that our store displays are visually appealing and well-stocked at all times.
  • Participate in product promotions and sampling events to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform receiving and stocking duties, including unloading and unpacking products, counting and weighing them, and sorting them according to company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Ability to memorize product codes and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. boxes and stand for long periods of time.
  • Food Safe Training and First Aid Training are assets.
