Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Taxi Driver to join our team at VICTORIA DESIGNATED DRIVER SERVICES LTD.. This role is essential in providing safe and efficient transportation services to our clients.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role ranging from 1 to less than 7 months is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and perform minor repairs on the vehicle.
  • Transport passengers to their desired locations safely.
  • Assist passengers with their luggage and ensure a smooth boarding process.
  • Schedule and take the vehicle for regular servicing.
  • Collect fares and manage transactions accurately.
  • Provide assistance to clients with special needs.
  • Offer basic tourist information to passengers when required.
  • Address and resolve complaints or issues from passengers professionally.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Possession of a valid Class 4/4F/F/4A-B-C Licence is mandatory.
Safety and Security
  • Undergo a criminal record check.
  • Provide a valid driver's license for verification.
  • Submit a driving record check (abstract).
  • Complete a medical examination as required.
Work Environment
  • Ability to demonstrate hand-eye coordination.
  • Comfortable with prolonged sitting during shifts.
