About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Nuba Restaurant Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and service.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Schedule
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
