We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet the high standards of our restaurant.
    • Portion and wrap foods for serving.
    • Package take-out food for our customers.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
    • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
    • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Keep records of the quantities of food used.
  • General Kitchen Duties
    • Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables.
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
