Job Title: Welder

Manitoba Ltd is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and repairing defective or damaged metal and wood components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications to ensure high-quality welds
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including oxy-acetylene welding (OAW), gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), and gas metal arc welding (GMAW)
  • Repair defective or damaged metal and wood components using various welding techniques
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in welding
  • Strong understanding of welding processes and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
