Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Pho Den Kingsway. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and beverages in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a clear and concise manner.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
