The Rainbow Connection Preschool and School Age Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Age Care Staff to join our team in a Supervisory role in our After School Care program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and supervision to children in our After School Care program.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and programs to promote children's physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and safe operation of the program.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of children.
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues and other staff members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a childcare or education setting.
  • Valid first aid certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to work flexibly and provide coverage in other programs as needed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, colleagues, and parents.
