Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Rigger to join our team at Helical Pile Solutions. As a Rigger, you will be responsible for setting up and operating rigging equipment to move heavy loads and materials on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and prepare loads for movement
  • Set up, align, and level heavy equipment machinery
  • Select and prepare rigging gear
  • Inspect rigging equipment before use
  • Monitor and maintain rigging equipment
  • Maneuver loads using heavy equipment machinery and by hand
  • Ensure compliance with company safety procedures
  • Communicate with operators and construction teams

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Rigger
  • In-depth knowledge of rigging equipment and heavy machinery
  • Excellent hearing and vision
  • High-level mathematical skills
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment
  • Ability to work outdoors in harsh weather conditions

Work Environment:

Our Riggers work in a fast-paced construction environment, often outdoors and in remote locations. They are exposed to loud noises, extreme temperatures, and physical demands. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is always worn.
