Job Summary:

The Electrical Superintendent is a key member of our team at North America Construction Ltd, responsible for overseeing and managing site construction work for the Electrical division. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and direction to site teams, ensuring that electrical construction work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans, ensuring that electrical construction work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, ensuring that electrical systems are designed and installed to meet project requirements.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that electrical construction work meets North America Construction Ltd's quality standards, conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and clients.

Requirements:
