Job Summary

Nuvo is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Banquet Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of banquets and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement event plans to meet client expectations
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Staff Supervision and Training
    • Supervise and train food service staff on event procedures and protocols
    • Ensure staff are equipped to handle customer complaints and concerns
  • Inventory Management and Budgeting
    • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records
    • Prepare and submit reports on event expenses and revenue
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
    • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
