Position Overview

Join our team at Cobblestone Cafe as a Culinary Support Associate. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment while assisting in food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Organize and store dishes appropriately.
  • Wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items manually.
  • Track and record food usage accurately.
  • Package food for take-out orders.
  • Assist customers by taking their orders.
  • Ensure the kitchen area is clean and sanitized, including all surfaces, cupboards, and equipment.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and garbage properly.
  • Perform floor maintenance by sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
  • Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting.
