Fraser Plastics Ltd is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our logistics operations. This is a permanent role requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities across various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on warehouse activities.
- Organize maintenance and repair work for warehouse equipment.
- Address work-related issues, providing technical guidance and recommending improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Recruit, hire, and train new staff in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and arrange training sessions for team members.
- Assign tasks and review work to ensure efficiency.
- Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for warehouse operations.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize workflow.
- Plan and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Supervise a team of 3-10 employees, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
Work EnvironmentThe role is set in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Candidates should be prepared to handle heavy loads and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
