Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Electrician to join our team at AMP CITY ELECTRICAL AND CONSTRUCTION INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating mobile and tower cranes, erecting and dismantling concrete forms, and assisting in framing houses and building roofs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position, or place equipment and materials.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Perform routine maintenance work.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
Requirements
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Hand-eye coordination.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
  • Team player.
  • Experience an asset.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
