Your Role: Structured Notes Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Derivatives Specialist to join our team in the issuance of structured notes. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, collaborating with various teams including Trading, Global Equity Derivatives, and Structured Notes Structuring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to fostering strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and support throughout the structured notes process.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions, from origination to settlement.
  • Analyze market trends and opportunities to identify potential structured note products that meet client needs.
  • Prepare detailed documentation and presentations for clients and stakeholders, clearly outlining product features and risks.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices related to structured notes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the field of derivatives or structured finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
