Pipeline Field Operator Job Description

Roska DBO Inc. is seeking a skilled Pipeline Field Operator to join our team in the Fort St John area. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our pipeline systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain pipeline equipment and Company assets in a safe and environmentally conscious manner.
  • Perform metering integrity checks and ensure accurate measurement of custody transfer and integrity LVP and HVP meters.
  • Assist with meter prover water draws to ensure accurate volume measurements.
  • Perform operational duties on both LVP and HVP products, including sampling and testing.
  • Maintain clean pipelines by launching and receiving pipeline pigs.
  • Perform truck unloading duties and support the truck terminal operating within company standards.
  • Participate in emergency response training and respond to emergencies as required.
  • Support community engagement activities and maintain a positive attitude.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-5 years related experience, preferably with crude oil, condensate, and NGL liquids.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and other business-related computer programs.
  • Motivated self-starter with effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Required safety tickets, including First Aid and H2S Alive.
  • Full Class 5 driver's license.
