Your Role: Production Equipment Specialist

As a Production Equipment Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient production operations. Your responsibilities will encompass the setup, maintenance, and inspection of packaging machinery, contributing to our commitment to delivering exceptional products.

  • Technical Expertise: You will utilize your technical skills to read charts and tables, determining the sequence of operation required for changeovers. Your ability to perform changeovers efficiently for various flavor and format variations will be crucial in meeting production schedule demands.
  • Equipment Maintenance: You will be responsible for the setup, regular maintenance, and inspection of packaging machines. This includes dismantling, lubricating, cleaning, and assembling machine parts to ensure optimal performance.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: You will actively identify potential maintenance issues and provide clear written and oral reports to facilitate timely repairs. Your proactive approach will contribute to minimizing downtime and maximizing production efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with line attendants, providing support on the production lines and assisting in the daily operation of equipment. Your expertise will help achieve both output and quality standards.
