Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed
- Authorize payments and manage our inventory to ensure we have the right products in stock
- Establish work schedules and ensure that our sales team is working efficiently
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve sales targets
- Perform opening and closing activities and ensure that our store is secure
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment
- Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package
- 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
