Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, answer questions about products, and provide recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and ensuring that products are properly displayed.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, handling customer transactions, and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise, counting inventory, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Store Operations: Participate in opening and closing procedures, maintain a clean and safe store environment, and report any maintenance or repair issues to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous retail experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs). A criminal record check is required for this position.
