Utilize financial analysis to evaluate and act on strategic opportunities. Manage conflicts effectively by integrating diverse perspectives. High technical aptitude, including the ability to read and interpret engineering plans. Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and problem-solving. Demonstrate courage in addressing challenging issues. Exhibit sound judgment in selecting methods for problem resolution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership capabilities. Focused on building strong customer relationships. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks. High energy, ethical standards, discretion, and adherence to processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word. Capable of working with all organizational levels. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently. Comfortable in a hands-on work environment. Experience managing annual work values of $40 - $50 million.Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree and/or 5-7 years of project management experience. PMP and PMI certification, or equivalent, is preferred. Supervisory experience with knowledge of employment practices.
