The position serves as a regional resource and leader, providing management and oversight for substantial, intricate projects across the designated area, ensuring all projects are executed safely, consistently, and profitably while adhering to compliance standards. The role is pivotal in reinforcing the Brock brand by delivering exceptional service quality to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Foster and promote Brock's culture of safety and excellence in all business activities. Act as a safety and regulatory compliance advocate. Ensure operational effectiveness and the successful execution of corporate strategies. Cultivate strong interdepartmental partnerships across the organization. Leverage broad business concepts to enhance profitability, expand operations, and establish organizational policies. Manage the Commercial Agreements process from proposal through project completion. Analyze activities, costs, operations, and forecasts to assess progress towards corporate objectives. Supervise strategic account management, product service lines, departmental goals, and budgets, while managing performance against these plans. Direct the operational management of assigned areas, overseeing multiple customer accounts, including P&L and business development responsibilities. Ensure project completion aligns with regional goals and customer satisfaction within defined profitability metrics. Collaborate with Site Managers on various projects to ensure efficiency and productivity. Develop and enforce compliance with annual operational and capital budgets. Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction. Play a significant role in development initiatives, establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers within targeted customer organizations. Clearly define and communicate the responsibilities and accountability of all direct reports. Ensure all organizational activities comply with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations. Interpret contracts and support the execution of change orders within designated authority limits. Build sales relationships within both Brock and customer organizations by cross-selling products and services. Maintain open communication with regional leadership and Business Development to meet customer needs. Assist in resolving customer issues and discrepancies. Coordinate Regional Operations with Asset Management and Staffing for effective planning and scheduling. Collaborate with Business Development and Estimating to facilitate the transition of projects from sales to operations. Monitor project execution and ensure adherence to quality control plans. Track KPIs and assist Project Managers in developing corrective action plans when necessary. Ensure consistent application of work processes and procedures across projects. Comply with Brock's procurement processes in vendor evaluations. Work with Regional Management and Project Controls to conduct post-project reviews and identify lessons learned for continuous improvement. Conduct performance evaluations and mentor less experienced team members. Encourage leadership development among team members while serving as a role model.

Working Environment

Work involves both outdoor and indoor settings, including field, yard, and office environments. Personal Protective Equipment is required. Frequent travel may be necessary.

Capable of working with all organizational levels. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently. Comfortable in a hands-on work environment. Experience managing annual work values of $40 - $50 million.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree and/or 5-7 years of project management experience. PMP and PMI certification, or equivalent, is preferred. Supervisory experience with knowledge of employment practices.
