Bakery Production Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bakery Labourer to join our team at Balkana European Bakery. As a Bakery Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the production process, ensuring the highest quality of our baked goods.
Key Responsibilities:- Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials with care and attention to detail.
- Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines, following established procedures.
- Remove filled containers from conveyors and manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers.
- Feed and unload processing machines, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
- Check products and packaging for basic quality defects, reporting any issues to the production team.
- Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Clean machines and immediate work areas, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with attention to detail and quality.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production schedules and priorities.
- Will to learn and train in new skills and procedures.
- Work in a hot environment with occasional exposure to dust and allergens.
- Public transportation is available for commuting to and from work.
