About the Position
We are on the lookout for a proactive Junior Visual Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will play a key part in crafting visuals that resonate with our brand ethos and effectively convey our message to our audience. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing our brand assets and ensuring a uniform presence across various marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior design professionals and team members to ensure project milestones are met and design deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Assist in the strategic application of brand guidelines to uphold and elevate our brand identity.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of brand materials, including style guides and branding documents, to guarantee a consistent visual identity across all marketing outputs.
- Design visual elements for a variety of digital and print formats to support marketing initiatives across diverse channels, including online platforms, social media, events, and presentations.
Candidate Profile
- 2-3 years of experience utilizing industry-standard design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to produce professional-grade designs.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and collaborating effectively within a dynamic team environment.
- Experience in strategically applying brand standards to create visually unified designs.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects that reflect your creativity and technical expertise.
- Proficiency in design software including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing design trends and methodologies.
