Job Summary:

The Ticket and Product Sales Agent is a key member of the Product Sales & Services (PSS) Department at Vail Resorts, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while facilitating the sale of resort products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding guest service in contact centers, ski school locations, ticket/pass offices, and throughout the resort.
  • Communicate effectively with guests via phone and email to explain and process resort products and services.
  • Accurately and efficiently process transactions, complete daily end-of-shift audits, and maintain a professional presence in the workplace.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances while delivering exceptional experiences.

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, work outside in a winter environment, and lift 25lbs.
  • High School Diploma and ability to communicate fluently in English.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

About the Role:

This role is part of the one-resort mentality, working across multiple departments and roles to support the Vail Resorts team. As a Ticket and Product Sales team member, you will have the opportunity to work in various settings, including mountain activities, retail rental operations, food and beverage support, ticket sales, lift operations, and base area operations.
