We are seeking a skilled and experienced Transportation Specialist to join our team at NLSchools. As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, ensuring their well-being and safety throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Operations: Operate buses, school buses, or streetcars to transport passengers, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle, reporting any issues to the relevant authorities.
  • Passenger Safety: Monitor and ensure the safety of passengers at all times, responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of transportation routes, schedules, and passenger information, as required by NLSchools.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Air Brakes Endorsement, Class 2/2F/C Licence (buses with more than passengers).
  • Security and Safety: Child Abuse Registry check, Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract).
