Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at NAPA Auto Parts Fort McMurray. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solicit sales and sell automotive parts and accessories to customers
  • Show and describe products to customers
  • Conduct market surveys to identify new business opportunities
  • Arrange sales demonstration appointments with customers
  • Provide information about advertised products to customers
  • Record customers' orders and maintain accurate records
  • Contact potential customers by phone to promote products and services
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate prices with customers when purchasing or selling products
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of sales experience in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
