About the Role

Amanat Transport Ltd is seeking a skilled Transport Truck Trailer Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial transport trucks and trailers, including adjustments, replacements, and inspections.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose mechanical issues, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including estimating parts and labor costs, and advising customers on work performed and future repair requirements.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including problem reports and maintenance schedules.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: Truck and Transport Mechanic Trade Certification.
Work Environment

Our work site environment is dusty, and you will be required to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
