Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Principal Associate, Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge software solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of complex software systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • Design and implement robust, secure, and efficient software architectures.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following industry best practices and standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring that code is maintainable, testable, and scalable.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, applying your knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience in application development using Java, Typescript, JavaScript, Python, Scala, Swift, Kotlin, or Go.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, and containerization technologies like Docker.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience in application development using one or more of our core programming languages.
  • Experience with mobile development, including Android and iOS.
  • Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration, respect, and open communication.
  • Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
